Terms of Service

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS 

By accessing https://jtq-global.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICES & SUBSCRIPTIONS 

JTQ Global Support provides BPO, sales, marketing, and technical support.

  • Packages: Services are billed as monthly subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Expansion, Premium, or Dedicated Talent).

  • Service Scope: The specific deliverables are limited to those defined in your signed Service Agreement or the package description at the time of purchase.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

  • Payment Schedule: Monthly fees are billed in advance.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend support services if payments are more than [e.g., 7 days] overdue.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of service-based labor and dedicated talent allocation, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific Service Agreement.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES 

To provide effective support, the Client must provide timely access to necessary tools, accounts, and information. JTQ Global Support is not liable for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide these materials.

5. TERMINATION 

Either party may terminate the service by providing [e.g., 30 days] written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the end of the notice period.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

JTQ Global Support provides professional talent and strategy; however, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., exact revenue increases). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY 

We respect your business secrets. JTQ Global Support agrees to keep all Client business data, leads, and internal strategies confidential and will not share them with third parties without consent.

8. GOVERNING LAW 

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
